In the Sierra Peaks section of Yosemite National Park the knife-like ridge of Cloud's Rest offers 360-degree views of the most striking landscapes in California. This tour will start at 7000 ft and climb to the peak at 10,000 ft. We'll watch the pines change and eventually disappear as we climb from the montane forest zone to the subalpine forest and finally enter the alpine zone near the top. Make sure to pack some water as there won't be any available on this nearly 3000 ft climb.
