This is the first of three tours which will take you to eight different Swiss medieval sites in the vicinity of Lucern. It starts at a monastery on the pilgrim way “Camino de Santiago”, known in English as the Way of Saint James. Further you pass through three old towns, circle around three castles and arrive at the medieval fortification wall of Lucern. Between these historic places you travel on country roads and trails through spring nature in full blossom.
