BitGym Lifetime Terms & Conditions

Once applied to a BitGym account, provides access to all premium features in the BitGym solution provided by Active Theory, Inc and customer privileges associated with a premium BitGym account as long as Active Theory Inc offers the BitGym solution, or until it is cancelled by the account holder.

Customer is eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase of a BitGym Lifetime membership coupon (“the purchase”). Refund is applied to the original payment method used to make the purchase, or as credits within a BitGym account. If the purchased Lifetime membership was claimed by a BitGym account, upon completion of the refund that BitGym account will be reverted to a free account.

If the BitGym account to which the Lifetime membership is applied has a preexisting active premium subscription paid for by a customer payment method on file within BitGym’s billing system, the customer is eligible for a refund to the payment method on file with us or credits equal to the prorated value of the unused portion of the preexisting active subscription.

In the case of a refund request, the value of any gifts, coupons or codes associated with the purchase that have been redeemed or are otherwise unrecoverable by BitGym will be deducted from the refund value.

Any other accommodations made by BitGym regarding BitGym Lifetime membership purchases will be at the discretion of BitGym support agents and staff.
